Shipping Policy

For all orders received, we undertake to carefully pack and protect your parcels.

Shipments are made by express courier, which ensures deliveries within 3/4 working days (5 days for Sicily, Sardinia, Calabria and remote areas) from the shipment date.

Once shipped, an email will be sent containing the link to follow delivery updates.

Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday from 7.00 to 19.00.

We therefore advise you to enter an address where the courier can find someone to collect the package. It is not necessary to indicate a home, you can easily have your order delivered wherever you prefer, for example at the office.

The courier will make a first delivery attempt, if it is unsuccessful, he will try a second time on the following working day. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, the package will go into storage and additional costs may be charged for the release.

Not assumes no responsibility for any delays due to transport but we will still try to assist you and urge the transporters to allow you to wear your new shoes as soon as possible.

Upon delivery, we invite you to check the integrity of the package, in case you should find anomalies (open envelope, package closed with another scotch tape, openings, etc.) it is necessary to sign subject to control, specifying the problem encountered. In case of unreserved signature no complaints will be accepted if the product is damaged.

Any anomalies or defects found on a product must be reported within 24 hours, based on the proof of delivery provided by the carrier, from receipt of the product using the email address [email protected]. Complaints will not be accepted and it will not be possible to take advantage of the right of withdrawal for reports received after the indicated time limit.

Right of withdrawal We offer a return service if the product is the wrong size or you simply change your mind about your purchase. You can return an item for any reason within 14 days of receipt by contacting us. Once the return has been authorized, you will be sent the form to fill out and place inside the box of the product to be returned. In the absence of the return form, there may be difficulties in issuing the refund. To proceed with the refund of the amount, the following conditions must be met:

  • The products must not have been used, washed or damaged 
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging 
  • Returned products must be in a condition that can be put back on sale 

Other refund methods cannot be used.

If the product turns out to be damaged, used, or in any case should have lost its original characteristics, no refund will be issued, the customer can, at his discretion, choose whether to collect the product at his own expense by express courier or leave it at our office.


Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Size change We offer a totally free size exchange service. The size change request must be sent by sending a communication no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the item. It is possible to request only one number change per order.

The number exchange service is not applicable to discount/sale items. If after having used the service you intend to make a return, the costs of the replacement will be deducted from the refund amount.
