SHIPMENTS Shipments of orders placed on the Thaira Couture Online shop by 12:00 on a working day are entrusted to the courier on the same day, after this time they are shipped the following working day. Delivery of products purchased on the Thaira Couture online shop takes place on average within 3 working days of order confirmation in Italy. Shipping times also depend on the region you order from. Shipments to Italian territory cost €10 and average delivery times are 3-4 working days. Delivery times may be delayed in the case of holidays; furthermore, the carriers do not make deliveries on the following days: 25 and 26 December, 1 January, 15 August and on weekends. For orders placed by credit card, one working day must be added to the normal shipping times for administrative checks. For orders placed by bank transfer, shipping times will be calculated starting from confirmation of payment. The products will in any case be delivered within 30 days according to the legal terms.

Refund Policy
REFUNDS
Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or replacement of the item purchased with another item. To be able to access the return procedure, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, with the original packaging perfectly intact. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be refunded. Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately promotional items cannot be refunded. Shipping costs are not subject to refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the acceptance or rejection of your refund request and, if successful, we will agree on the refund method.
