Shipping Policy
Shipping is offered free throughout Italy, except for the islands as there is a surcharge required by the couriers to be calculated at the time of the order.
Refund Policy
We do not accept returns as we bottle our oils at the time of purchase by the customer.
If shipping problems occur with the courier, such as package breakage, just send us a photo and a new shipment will be made at no cost.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
The purchased product can be exchanged or returned if unopened.
The exchange or return does not include free shipping but will be paid by the customer.
Our company will be able to provide return shipping, exchange at a cheaper price via our courier but it will always be paid by the customer.
The exchange of a product that arrives broken will be carried out completely free of charge by the company.
