Shipping Policy
The shipment will be made maximum 24 hours after the order from Monday to Friday with express courier in 24/48 hours for delivery in Italy, 48/120 hours for the islands and abroad
Refund Policy
The return will be made promptly, only and only if the object at the time of delivery shows cracks, breakages or damages. Being handmade wooden objects, inaccuracies, different grains, imperfections are NOT synonymous with breakage, but rather with originality.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
The exchange of the product can only be done on items available in stock, the return no later than 14 days from delivery of the package.
