Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped based on product availability. In case of warehouse replenishment the Customer receives communications.
Usually orders processed the next working day and barring courier-related issues are delivered in 2-3 working days.
Refund Policy
Returns or exchanges are permitted in proven cases of products that do not meet quality standards.
In case of damage caused by the courier, depending on the extent of the damage, the product will be reshipped or a refund code will be issued to be used on the next order.
If the package is not received, another one will be promptly sent.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellation of the order is only possible before the product is shipped.
