Processing times: To make your pair of shoes there will be a wait of 10/12 working days from the moment of the order. It depends on the number of orders we have in certain circumstances we can finish them before 10 days and in other cases we may need all 12 days. Shipping methods: All shipments will be made with MARCASERVICE who will find the fastest shipping company depending on your address. Costs: The shipping cost throughout Italy is €12. For countries within the European community the cost varies from €15 to €35. For countries outside the EU the cost varies from €35 to €100. Delivery times: For Italy the wait can be 2/5 working days. For Europe instead the wait can vary from 5/8 working days. For countries outside the European community the times can be 8/11 working days. Order Tracking: All packages can be tracked on the MARCASERVICE.IT website with the code that will be given to you. Damaged or lost items: please contact the seller or the shipping company, however our packages will always be insured. Customs and import taxes: at the customer's expense.

Refunds and Returns Our refunds and returns policy complies with the Consumer Code and gives the customer the opportunity to request a return or refund within the time limits established by law. Return conditions The products must be returned intact, correctly packaged in their original packaging, in perfect condition, without signs of use (other than those compatible with a normal test of the item) and with the transport document delivered together with the original packaging. If you exercise your right of withdrawal respecting all the conditions and in any case within 14 days of receiving the goods, My italian product undertakes to refund the price of the product, with the sole exclusion of any shipping or cash on delivery costs. Exchange of goods You can request to exchange goods that are not suitable for size or model or that have defects, within the same article. Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY To cancel the order it takes a maximum of 24 hours. If you still want to cancel the order after 24 hours the customer will still have to pay 50% of the value of the product. After the same person cancels the order twice, he will no longer be able to purchase our products.
