Descrizione
The quality of the intosso oil is high; the taste is sweet, full-bodied and perfumed. We collect the still immature olives to enhance the aroma of the fruit, and we work them in a very short time: this allows the intosso to preserve the organoleptic properties for a long time. It is a generously flavoured, fruity and balanced oil, with notes of herbs and tomato.
