Luisa Pantaleo, Organic Pepper and Caper Sauce;

Tasting notes: creamy, bright red in colour, with pieces of diced peppers and capers inside. Upon opening, you immediately feel the intense aroma of the sauce, the peppers and as a final note the freshness of the capers. The peppers are firm to chew and the aroma of the capers makes the flavor intense and long-lasting;

Pairings: the optimal use of pepper sauce is as a condiment for pasta (both dry and fresh). The contents of the package are useful for seasoning 2/3 portions (approximately 250 g of pasta). Empty and heat all the contents of the package in a pan while waiting for the pasta to cook. 

Once the pasta is cooked, combine everything and sauté together for 1-2 minutes. If desired, add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a few basil leaves. It can be used as an ingredient for cooking chicken or rabbit and for filling baked goods;

Production techniques: high quality artisan product obtained from freshly harvested raw materials. After sautéing the onion and herbs, the fresh tomato puree and diced peppers are added. The product is jarred and pasteurized to preserve the organoleptic aspects and be able to store it at room temperature for a few months;

Handling and storage: store the product away from sources of light and heat in hygienic environments. Avoid overturning the packaging and check the condition of the packages in case of overturning. If the packaging is not intact, send it for disposal. After opening, store the jar in the refrigerator at +4°C;

Packaging materials: the product is packaged in transparent glass jars intended for food use. The lids are made of steel with a food-grade rubber membrane which ensures the package is watertight and prevents direct contact of the product with the metal. The packaging material is reusable and does not contain plastic. The packaging is recyclable;
