Tasting notes: creamy, red-brown in colour, with diced aubergine pieces inside. Upon opening, you immediately notice the intense aroma of the sauce, the aubergine and a fresh note of mint. The aubergine cooked inside the fresh tomato puree releases its typical taste;

Pairings: the best use of aubergine sauce is as a condiment for pasta (both dry and fresh). The contents of the package are useful for seasoning 2/3 portions (approximately 250 g of pasta). Empty and heat all the contents of the package in a pan while waiting for the pasta to cook. Once the pasta is cooked, combine everything and sauté together for 1-2 minutes. 

If desired, add some grated fresh cheese or pieces of ricotta. It can be used as an ingredient to season couscous, pizzas and focaccias;

Production techniques: high quality artisan product obtained from freshly harvested raw materials. After sautéing the onion and herbs, the fresh tomato puree and the diced aubergine are added. The product is jarred and pasteurized to preserve the organoleptic aspects and to be able to store it at room temperature for a few months;

Handling and storage: store the product away from sources of light and heat in hygienic environments. Avoid overturning the packaging and check the condition of the packages in case of overturning. If the packaging is not intact, send it for disposal. After opening, store the jar in the refrigerator at +4°C;

Packaging materials: the product is packaged in transparent glass jars intended for food use. The lids are made of steel with a food-grade rubber membrane which ensures the package is watertight and prevents direct contact of the product with the metal. The packaging material is reusable and does not contain plastic. The packaging is recyclable;
