Tasting notes: intense green colour. Upon opening, you can smell the turnip tops, followed by the aroma of almonds. Strong taste, with an intense almond scent; 

Pairings: ideal for seasoning pasta, baked recipes or pizza; 

Production techniques: high quality artisanal product obtained from freshly harvested turnip greens. After having washed them and cleaned them of hard stems and yellowed leaves, the tops are cooked in water until they become tender. They are drained, cooled and blended with the other condiments to obtain a cream. The product is jarred and pasteurized, guaranteeing the preservation of the product;

Handling and storage: store the product away from sources of light and heat in hygienic environments. Avoid overturning the packaging and check the condition of the packages in case of overturning. If the packaging is not intact, send it for disposal. After opening, store the jar in the refrigerator at +4°C;

Packaging materials: the product is packaged in transparent glass jars intended for food use. The lids are made of steel with a food-grade rubber membrane which ensures the package is watertight and prevents direct contact of the product with the metal. The packaging material is reusable and does not contain plastic. The packaging is recyclable;

Our 0 km products are made only with seasonal raw materials grown in our land. We pursue sustainability objectives, using renewable energy self-produced by a photovoltaic system. Furthermore, we have undertaken a sustainability path that respects the criteria of environmental protection and conservation with the Dune Costiere regional natural park, a protected natural area located near our factory;
