Tasting notes: dark brown colour. Upon opening, you immediately smell the intense aroma of the olives. Sweet and fragrant taste with a sour note;
Pairings: excellent for seasoning meats and dry pasta, to accompany cheeses or create appetizing appetizers;
Production techniques: high quality artisanal product obtained from Leccine olives. After having washed and dried them, the olives are passed through the pitter. The pulp obtained is blended with almonds and extra virgin olive oil to obtain a cream. The cream is pasteurized, guaranteeing the preservation of the product;
Handling and storage: store the product away from sources of light and heat in hygienic environments. Avoid overturning the packaging and check the condition of the packages in case of overturning. If the packaging is not intact, send it for disposal. After opening, store the jar in the refrigerator at +4°C;
Packaging materials: the product is packaged in transparent glass jars intended for food use. The lids are made of steel with a food-grade rubber membrane which ensures the package is watertight and prevents direct contact of the product with the metal. The packaging material is reusable and does not contain plastic. The packaging is recyclable;
