Tasting notes: has a very light green color. Upon opening, you immediately smell the intense aroma of cooked artichoke. Then you notice the smell of lemon. Particularly strong taste;
Pairings: try as an appetizer, spread on toasted bread;
Production techniques: high quality artisanal product obtained from freshly harvested artichokes. After cleaning and washing them, they are cooked in a mixture of water and vinegar until they become tender. They are drained, cooled and blended together with oil, lemon juice and vinegar to obtain a cream. In the seasoned version, a sauté is prepared with shallots and parsley. The cream is pasteurized, guaranteeing the preservation of the product;
Handling and storage: store the product away from sources of light and heat in hygienic environments. Avoid overturning the packaging and check the condition of the packages in case of overturning. If the packaging is not intact, send it for disposal. After opening, store the jar in the refrigerator at +4°C;
Packaging materials: the product is packaged in transparent glass jars intended for food use. The lids are made of steel with a food-grade rubber membrane which ensures the package is watertight and prevents direct contact of the product with the metal. The packaging material is reusable and does not contain plastic. The packaging is recyclable;
