Tasting notes: from the jar it is possible to identify all the ingredients. You can see the onion cut into strips and the green pieces of oregano, all wrapped in the gold color of the oil. Upon opening, you immediately smell the oil, only when you taste it you can taste a taste that almost seems like sauerkraut, but instead it is onion. Innovative and pleasant taste of onions with oregano, in the right balance; 

Pairings: onions in oil can be consumed as a quick appetizer during the summer, but become the absolute protagonists on toasted or roasted bread in winter, on bruschetta; they can also accompany excellent second courses of meat or put in hot dogs and hamburgers; 

Production techniques: high quality artisanal product obtained from freshly harvested onions. After being carefully washed and cleaned, the onions are blanched in water, vinegar and salt. They are squeezed, placed in jars, seasoned with oregano and covered with extra virgin olive oil. The product is pasteurized, guaranteeing the preservation of the product;

Handling and storage: store the product away from sources of light and heat in hygienic environments. Avoid overturning the packaging and check the condition of the packages in case of overturning. If the packaging is not intact, send it for disposal. After opening, store the jar in the refrigerator at +4°C;

Packaging materials: the product is packaged in transparent glass jars intended for food use. The lids are made of steel with a food-grade rubber membrane which ensures the package is watertight and prevents direct contact of the product with the metal. The packaging material is reusable and does not contain plastic. The packaging is recyclable;

Our 0 km products are made only with seasonal raw materials grown in our land. We pursue sustainability objectives, using renewable energy self-produced by a photovoltaic system. Furthermore, we have undertaken a sustainability path that respects the criteria of environmental protection and conservation with the Dune Costiere regional natural park, a protected natural area located near our factory;
