Tasting notes: from the jar it is possible to identify all the ingredients. In fact, you can notice the pieces of chilli pepper, surrounded by the gold color of the oil. Upon opening, you can smell the extra virgin olive oil and the spicy hint of chilli pepper that makes your nose tingle. Intense and rather spicy taste; 

Pairings: they can be used with legumes, meats or to make a dish of pasta and vegetables more interesting; 

Production techniques: high quality artisanal product obtained from freshly harvested chillies. After being washed, the chili peppers are sprinkled with salt to lose excess water. They are cut and put in jars with extra virgin olive oil. The product is pasteurized, guaranteeing conservation; 

Handling and storage: store the product away from sources of light and heat in hygienic environments. Avoid overturning the packaging and check the condition of the packages in case of overturning. If the packaging is not intact, send it for disposal. After opening, store the jar in the refrigerator at +4°C;

Packaging materials: the product is packaged in transparent glass jars intended for food use. The lids are made of steel with a food-grade rubber membrane which ensures the package is watertight and prevents direct contact of the product with the metal. The packaging material is reusable and does not contain plastic. The packaging is recyclable;
