Tasting notes: from the jar it is possible to identify all the ingredients. In fact, you can see the green of the mint, the red of the chilli pepper and the aubergine fillets lying in the jar, all surrounded by the gold color of the oil. Upon opening, you immediately smell the oil, mint and garlic, only when you taste it can you savor the taste of the aubergine. Traditional and pleasant taste of aubergines with mint, garlic and chilli pepper, all in the right balance; 

Pairings: they can be consumed as a quick appetizer during the summer, but become the absolute protagonists on toasted or roasted bread in the winter and on bruschetta; they can also accompany excellent second courses of meat; 

Production techniques: high quality artisanal product obtained from freshly harvested aubergines. After being washed and cleaned, the aubergines are left to macerate in vinegar and salt. They are squeezed, seasoned with mint, garlic, chilli pepper and covered in oil. The product is jarred and pasteurized, guaranteeing the preservation of the product; 

Handling and storage: store the product away from sources of light and heat in hygienic environments. Avoid overturning the packaging and check the condition of the packages in case of overturning. If the packaging is not intact, send it for disposal. After opening, store the jar in the refrigerator at +4°C;

Packaging materials: the product is packaged in transparent glass jars intended for food use. The lids are made of steel with a food-grade rubber membrane which ensures the package is watertight and prevents direct contact of the product with the metal. The packaging material is reusable and does not contain plastic. The packaging is recyclable;

Furthermore, we have undertaken a sustainability path that respects the criteria of environmental protection and conservation with the Dune Costiere regional natural park, a protected natural area located near our factory;
