Descrizione
The Apulian tarallo was probably born at the beginning of the 1400s:
poor and simple product, it was prepared in peasant homes and
offered to guests together with a glass of wine. The tarallo has been so successful in Italy and abroad that it has become a true typical product and recently
obtained the PAT denomination, Traditional Italian Agri-food Product.Tasting and pairings:
Suitable for an aperitif, accompanied by olives and cured meats.
