The "new entry" of the fine collection of wines of the Capinera family is a Spumante Rosato Brut, whose label is a painting by the Roman painter Natino Chirico, who, following a tasting on the occasion of a collective of paintings, was enthusiastic about the nectars of the company and wanted to dedicate a painting to the newborn wine: a thousand very lively bubbles.
Grape variety: Sangiovese 100%
Vinification: Wine obtained from the first flower must of our autochthonous “Sangiovese” grapes, vinified in white and refermented with the Martinotti method
Alcohol content: 12%
Colour: Brilliant to the eye, light pink in color with a fine and persistent foam
Perfumes: Olfactory impact of pink rose, with clear memories of strawberry and cherry
Taste: The bubbles caress the palate and give way to a good freshness and flavor. The finish is persistent and balanced
Pairings: To be enjoyed throughout the meal starting with land and sea hors d'oeuvres including oysters and raw fish
Serving temperature: It is recommended to serve cold at 8 – 10 degrees

warehouse, the goods will be examined to assess any damage or tampering (the substantial integrity of the
returned good is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal) therefore we recommend the
utmost care in preparing the package, for example using the original packaging. To exercise that
right you will have to send us a communication to that effect, within 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods
ordered and send the goods to us within a further 15 days.
Send an e-mail to [email protected] containing the declaration of wanting to exercise the right of withdrawal,
indicating all the requested data:
order number and order date
invoice number or copy of the receipt
which products must be subject to withdrawal (identifying them with the article code)
your bank details (IBAN code)
Then you have to wait for a communication from our Customer Service authorizing the
come back in.
Upon receipt of this communication, you must return the returned goods within a further 15 days to:

providing to credit the customer with the amount corresponding to the value of the resulting goods
