Purchases on the website www.capinera.com are subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree 206/05, which guarantees you the
right to withdraw, for any reason, from the purchase contract under the following conditions.

The purchased good must be substantially intact. The right of withdrawal is reserved only for individuals
physical consumers, therefore excluding purchases made by resellers or by subjects for any reason
purchase for resale to third parties. Shipping costs will be charged to the customer. Upon his arrival at
warehouse, the goods will be examined to assess any damage or tampering (the substantial integrity of the
returned good is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal) therefore we recommend the
utmost care in preparing the package, for example using the original packaging. To exercise that
right you will have to send us a communication to that effect, within 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods
ordered and send the goods to us within a further 15 days.

Procedure to follow

Send an e-mail to [email protected] containing the declaration of wanting to exercise the right of withdrawal,
indicating all the requested data:

order number and order date
invoice number or copy of the receipt
which products must be subject to withdrawal (identifying them with the article code)
your bank details (IBAN code)

Then you have to wait for a communication from our Customer Service authorizing the
come back in.
Upon receipt of this communication, you must return the returned goods within a further 15 days to:

Repayment times

Azienda Capinera undertakes to reimburse the customer within 14 working days of receipt of the goods
providing to credit the customer with the amount corresponding to the value of the resulting goods
from the invoice. Shipping costs are not included in the above amount. This in accordance with the Legislative Decree
