Silver earrings made in lost wax casting. To obtain the shape, the wax was poured randomly and therefore the result is the result of pure improvisation! Therefore, this type of earrings will always be unique, it is impossible to predict what shapes the molten wax will take.
The stones used are mosaic triplets of Australian opals. To specify, these are very small parts of different opals assembled together and closed in a resin. The final effect is exactly like two small mosaics.

Delivery time is estimated at 2/3 working days. In case of requests for customizations, times may be extended.
The delivery term indicated in the order must not be considered mandatory or essential for the execution of the contract. In any case, the Customer will not be able to request termination of the contract before 30 days have passed from confirmation of the order and before MAGAZZINI has been granted an additional term of 15 days.
The shipment can be tracked by the Customer, when possible, via the courier's website, by entering the references that MAGAZZINI will communicate via email to the Customer.
The Customer undertakes to promptly check, and in any case no later than 14 days from the delivery date, that it includes all and only the products purchased and to promptly inform MAGAZZINI in writing of any defects in the products received; in the absence of such communications the products will be considered accepted.
Any damage to the packaging and/or mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately reported, placing a written control reservation on the courier's proof of delivery. Once the courier document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objections regarding the external characteristics of what was delivered.
No responsibility can be attributed to MAGAZZINI for delayed or failed deliveries attributable to force majeure (such as, but not limited to, acts of war, strikes, states of emergency at national or local level, failure of transport infrastructures, malfunction and internet network disruptions, earthquakes) or unforeseeable circumstances.
The Customer who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase made has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days of receipt. To make any return, the Customer must send an email to warehousegioiellimail.com, which will communicate the instructions on how to return. The purchased good, subject to return, must be returned to MAGAZZINI inside its original packaging. The shipping costs to be paid for returning the product are borne by MAGAZZINI.
In case of withdrawal, MAGAZZINI will refund the entire amount paid by the Customer within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods shipped by the Customer. Refunds will be made with the same payment method provided for the purchase.
It is understood that MAGAZZINI will not be responsible for those products that have been lost or stolen and will not accept any return of a product without its original packaging or in a state different from that in which it was originally delivered (by way of example, products that have been used, worn, damaged or soiled). MAGAZZINI will verify the conformity of the returned products with the above requirements as soon as they are returned.
The right of withdrawal is also not applicable in the case of the purchase of tailor-made or personalized goods.
For any complaints or clarifications, the Customer must contact the following address via email: warehousegioiellimail.com. The Customer will be contacted for clarifications within 7 working days of the request. If the Customer detects defects or lack of conformity in the purchased product, MAGAZZINI will arrange for the free collection of the item and the replacement and/or repair of the same, bearing the return shipping costs, after having verified the actual presence of the defect. factory, excluding that the product has been worn or used and damaged. If MAGAZZINI does not detect any lack of conformity, the company undertakes to contact the Customer, providing the cost estimate for any repair and/or replacement, which will be carried out only with the written consent of the Customer. In this case, the shipping costs will be charged to the Customer. The repair and/or replacement will be carried out following payment of the repair and shipping costs. In the event that the Customer requests the return of the item without repair and/or replacement, the shipping costs will be charged to the Customer. In the absence of communications from the Customer, MAGAZZINI is not responsible for items in storage for more than 30 days.
