Delivery time is estimated at 2/3 working days. In case of requests for customizations, times may be extended.
The delivery term indicated in the order must not be considered mandatory or essential for the execution of the contract. In any case, the Customer will not be able to request termination of the contract before 30 days have passed from confirmation of the order and before MAGAZZINI has been granted an additional term of 15 days.
The shipment can be tracked by the Customer, when possible, via the courier's website, by entering the references that MAGAZZINI will communicate via email to the Customer.
The Customer undertakes to promptly check, and in any case no later than 14 days from the delivery date, that it includes all and only the products purchased and to promptly inform MAGAZZINI in writing of any defects in the products received; in the absence of such communications the products will be considered accepted.
Any damage to the packaging and/or mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately reported, placing a written control reservation on the courier's proof of delivery. Once the courier document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objections regarding the external characteristics of what was delivered.
No responsibility can be attributed to MAGAZZINI for delayed or failed deliveries attributable to force majeure (such as, but not limited to, acts of war, strikes, states of emergency at national or local level, failure of transport infrastructures, malfunction and internet network disruptions, earthquakes) or unforeseeable circumstances.
