Processing times: To make your pair of shoes there will be a wait of 10/12 working days from the moment of the order. It depends on the number of orders we have in certain circumstances we can finish them before 10 days and in other cases we may need all 12 days.
Shipping Methods: All shipments will be made with MARCASERVICE who will find the fastest shipping company depending on your address.
Costs: The shipping cost throughout Italy is €12. For countries within the European community the cost varies from €15 to €35. For countries outside the EU the cost varies from €35 to €100.
Delivery times: For Italy the wait can be 2/5 working days. For Europe the wait can vary from 5/8 working days. For countries outside the European community the times can be 8/11 working days.
Order Tracking: All packages can be tracked on the MARCASERVICE.IT website with the code that will be given to you.
Damaged or lost items: Please contact the seller or shipping company, however our packages will always be insured.
Customs and import taxes: customer's responsibility.
Refunds and Returns
Our refund and return policy complies with the Consumer Code and gives the customer the possibility to request a return or refund within the time limits established by law.

Return conditions
The products must be returned intact, correctly packaged in their original packaging, in perfect condition, without signs of use (other than those compatible with a normal test of the item) and with the transport document delivered together with the original packaging.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal respecting all the conditions and in any case within 14 days of receiving the goods, My italian product undertakes to refund the price of the product, with the sole exclusion of any shipping or cash on delivery costs.
If the customer returns the product in a manner that does not comply with these General Conditions of Sale, as specified in this article, the withdrawal request will not be effective.
Exchange of goods
You can ask to exchange goods that are not suitable for size or model or that have defects, within the same article.
To obtain an exchange of goods you must send an email within 14 working days from the day of receipt of your purchases to the address [email protected] citing the order number, the product and the reasons for the replacement.
Once the request is received, the Customer Service Office will send you a written confirmation.
The shipping costs for returning the product and any import duties, in the event that the goods are returned from an EU or non-EU country, are the responsibility of the customer.
We reserve the right, before authorising returns or exchanges, to request photographic evidence in the event that you have indicated a defect in the goods.
In the case of a truly defective item, our company – Calzaturificio Mos – will provide an exchange.
We do not accept exchanges of tampered, used or otherwise altered products. It will be the customer's responsibility to ensure the transport of the goods returned for exchange. In case of theft or loss, the goods will not be refunded.
CANCELLATION POLICY
It takes up to 24 hours to cancel your order.
If you want to cancel the order after 24 hours, the customer will still have to pay 50% of the value of the product.
After the same person cancels an order twice, they will no longer be able to purchase our products.
