Each access profile (private user, wholesale user and producer user) must be registered with different credentials, therefore using a different email address and username for each.  

Certification indicates the sign affixed by the seller next to the products, through which the seller guarantees that the product has specific certified characteristics that comply with current regulatory requirements.

The badge indicates the sign affixed by the seller next to the products which allows the customer and/or consumer to identify certain characteristics of the non-certified product.

A verified manufacturer is a seller who uploads in his profile all the documents in possession of his business including the registration with the chamber of commerce.

Manufacturers

If you want to register as a manufacturer and sell your products on the My Italin Product website, you can send the request to This Page selecting a subscription package and filling out the questions.

If your request is accepted, you will receive an email with all the instructions for configuring your showcase. 

If you are registered as a manufacturer, in your personal area you will find a specific section with all the guides for using the features of My Italian Product.

B2B customers (wholesale)

Yes, on My Italian product you can register here as a company and access the wholesale portal, thus being able to access dedicated price lists and minimum order quantities. 

Orders & Shipping

Each manufacturer may have different delivery times for shipping the product, especially in the case of customized or made-to-order products.

To find out the shipping times of each manufacturer, refer to the page in the shop or of the individual product under the "SHOP POLICIES" section.

Once the package has been shipped, the manufacturer will enter the tracking number within the platform and you will receive it via email or you can find it within your account in the My Orders section. 

Payments & Refunds

Orders on My Italian Product can be paid for using Paypal, with or without having an account, or by credit card. (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro).

You can request the return of all products within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at [email protected] except for the following types of products:

  • customized or custom made products
  • perishable products or products with a short shelf life
  • sealed goods which cannot be returned for hygienic reasons or which have been opened after delivery. 

You can return the product in exchange for a different product or a refund of the amount paid during the purchase.
The refund will be applied only for intact, unused products and which are in new and resalable condition upon return.
If upon receipt of the goods by the manufacturer, the items are damaged by the courier, we guarantee the free replacement of the purchased product.

Return/exchange shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless specified otherwise in the individual manufacturer's shop policies. 

To find out the return policy of each manufacturer, refer to the page in the shop or of the individual product under the "SHOP POLICIES" section.

The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to natural persons (consumers), therefore all purchases made with VAT as a B2B buyer are excluded unless expressly written or agreed with the manufacturer.
