Tasting notes: gelatinous, yellow/orange in colour. Upon opening, you immediately smell the scent of prickly pear, then the light fragrance of lemon stands out. Delicate taste; 

Pairings: it goes well with spicy and semi-spicy cheeses, accompanied by a crunchy rusk and can be used as a condiment;

Production techniques: high quality artisanal product obtained from freshly harvested prickly pears. After being cut, the prickly pears are passed to remove the seeds. They are cooked with sugar until they obtain a gelatinous consistency. The product is jarred and pasteurized, guaranteeing the preservation of the product;

Handling and storage: store the product away from sources of light and heat in hygienic environments at a maximum temperature of 33°C. Avoid overturning the packaging and check the condition of the packages in case of overturning. If the packaging is not intact, send it for disposal. After opening, store the jar in the refrigerator at +4°C;

Packaging materials: the product is packaged in transparent glass jars intended for food use. The lids are made of steel with a food-grade rubber membrane which ensures the package is watertight and prevents direct contact of the product with the metal. The packaging material is reusable and does not contain plastic. The packaging is recyclable;
