Tasting notes: immediately visible, through the jar. Upon opening, you immediately smell the oil and the hint of sweet pepper. Intense sweet and sour taste, with a rustic connotation;

Pairings: goes well with legumes and meats. It can also be used to season pasta and baked vegetables;

Production techniques: high quality artisanal product obtained from freshly harvested and crunchy peppers. After being washed and cut and having lost excess water, the peppers are macerated with sugar and vinegar. They are seasoned with extra virgin olive oil. The product is jarred and pasteurized, guaranteeing the preservation of the product;

Handling and storage: store the product away from sources of light and heat in hygienic environments. Avoid overturning the packaging and check the condition of the packages in case of overturning. If the packaging is not intact, send it for disposal. After opening, store the jar in the refrigerator at +4°C;

Packaging materials: the product is packaged in transparent glass jars intended for food use. The lids are made of steel with a food-grade rubber membrane which ensures the package is watertight and prevents direct contact of the product with the metal. The packaging material is reusable and does not contain plastic. The packaging is recyclable;
