Tasting notes: dense and compact, of a bright red colour. Fresh tomato aroma. Delicate taste, with a rustic connotation, extremely savory thanks to the use of brackish water for irrigation of the plant; 

Pairings: excellent in the preparation of pasta sauces, baked recipes, pizzas and panzerotti;

Production techniques: high quality artisanal product obtained from freshly picked tomatoes. Within forty-eight hours following harvesting, the product is selected and washed in special steel tanks. The tomatoes are cooked and pureed. The product is jarred and pasteurized, guaranteeing conservation;

Handling and storage: store the product away from sources of light and heat in hygienic environments. Avoid overturning the packaging and check the condition of the packages in case of overturning. If the packaging is not intact, send it for disposal. After opening, store the jar in the refrigerator at +4°C;

Packaging materials: the product is packaged in transparent glass jars intended for food use. The lids are made of steel with a food-grade rubber membrane which ensures the package is watertight and prevents direct contact of the product with the metal. The packaging material is reusable and does not contain plastic. The packaging is recyclable;

Furthermore, we have undertaken a sustainability path that respects the criteria of environmental protection and conservation with the Dune Costiere regional natural park, a protected natural area located near our factory;
